Gymnastics classes for girls will focus on all four Olympic apparatus: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise as well as a trampoline rotation. Gymnastics classes for boys will focus on all six Olympic apparatus: pommel horse, rings, floor exercise, vault, parallel bars, and horizontal bar in addition to a trampoline rotation. Tumbling classes use the trampoline, tumble tramp, rod floor, and spring floor to learn tumbling skills and passes. Both programs will develop athleticism; however, many students enroll in both gymnastics and tumbling classes. They compliment each other well and promote faster development in both disciplines!
